I just want to share my experience with this Hotel, and start with how amazing the manager working on Jan. 05 was (I wish I could recall his name). My teenage son was doing a 30 hr. drive. Not knowing how far he would make it each day, he would let me know he was ready to stop, and I would book a room about an hour ahead. I used a travel service to book a room for him, shortly after I received a conformation stating that the person staying had to have the same name and card used to book the reservation, in addition, There was a $150 reserve, that would need to be paid by him in person, and that the reservation was non-refundable. In a panic, I contacted the manager, explained my situation which he was more than helpful with. He assured me my son's room would be available for him, and that due to the circumstance, he would be willing to waive the deposit. He was still working when my son arrived, he welcomed him, and even had a discussion regarding the whether, his route, and safety concerns. I was so pleased, relieved, and grateful for his help and concern.
I stay at this Motel 6 property often, and I am always given a clean and comfortable room. The staff members are always kind and helpful. I highly recommend this Motel 6!
