Customer service was excellent. People were really nice. The only thing about the room. It was really stuffy, and I felt really damp like a swamp. It was pretty much kinda hard to breathe in there.

I especially like the professionalism and the quality of service that I receive from Sam the manager! In terms of improvement: please give this guy either a raise or a promotion!
