Not very well lit parking lot and balcony walkways at night (our room #223) and guests stuff/junk on balcony walkways , did not see presence of security guard anywhere ? More security at night , better lighting in back of motel parking lot .

I'm a simple man and it was just right alone with the price was inside my budget. The water heater needs improvement; shower time took a while for the water to get hot.
