While I would rate it a 6 out of 10, it's not the highest quality option available. Nevertheless, the staff and management are extremely helpful and welcoming. It seems they are currently upgrading and renovating the rooms, and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional service I received.

Let’s get real here. At 60 bucks a night, perhaps half of even it’s most reasonably priced measures, it was a real bargain. The place was in decent repair, quiet, and clean. Any assessment of it value has to be juxtaposed against an incredibly reasonable price.
