Front desk person when I checked in was rude and not approachable after requesting a receipt of my stay. I always get a receipt when I stay at this location when I check in and I stayed at this location many times before. Please educate that person to be more helpful and not rude when us guests are tired and don’t have the desire for this nonsense when we check into the evening hours.
Workers outside of my room, spraying water on windows in the morning woke me up. I understand it’s maintenance that needs to be done but not everyone works morning shift , some of us do have later shifts and work later in the day and have a different sleeping pattern. Just wanted to let you know to see if there is something that can be worked regarding that. Thank you!
