The staff truly exceeded our expectations, particularly Sam, who was an outstanding manager and handled our issue with great professionalism. I would definitely recommend this place for its wonderful staff; however, I found the bed to be a bit too firm for my liking, and I wished for softer pillows.

The hotel was impressively clean and well-kept, offering a comfortable stay that was conveniently located near shopping and family. The staff was friendly, and it fit perfectly within my budget. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality.
