there's a light switch by the door but nothing turns on. I know it's for security but the outside lights shine in to the windows and make it difficult to sleep. I had to take the blanket to cover the top of the window because it was so bright. The staff was great could not have asked for a better clerk.

There was no heater. Office personnel and cleaning staff were wonderful. No heater was installed in the room. Temperatures got very cold and I had to heat the room with a hair dryer.
