The operating labels on the air conditioner were missing. Luckily, I found a picture online so that I could see how to set it to cool. It was a very hot day and room was 2nd floor and it was almost 2am that I came to room to sleep and didn't want to call office.

The staff at this location is outstanding! Friendly, kind, accommodating and helpful! In the words of my friend Tom Bodett: Please do "Leave the light on for me!" -- the location is excellent and the rooms are very clean. Thank you!
