When we arrived at the hotel, the staff member did not even look up from her phone/tablet when we walked in. I don't think she even acknowledged our presence until we were standing there and finally said something. She acted like we were a bother the whole process. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

I love that you offer coffee and tea in the mornings and in the Studio 6 rooms - it would be wonderful and in keeping with the rest of the experience of Studio 6 if you provided organic sweeteners such as stevia and locally sourced milk or cream and honey. Thank you.
