Likes: fast check-in, easy to contact the facility directly by phone, PET FRIENDLY gets 5 stars. Good TV reception and channel selection. Suggested improvements: Having a small table and 2 chairs would be perfect for dining or using a laptop, or to watch TV with coffee or other drinks.

Loved the location close to SUNY Cortland. Room was very spacious. Room was spacious but sparsely furnished. I would have appreciated some shampoo in the bathroom. The front desk provided me with some. The bars of soap are almost ridiculously small.
