
The staff at the front desk should be trained in customer service. I requested a certain room and was notified it wasn't available. They said they left me voice mail on my home phone the day of my arrival. Common sense would indicate that I was traveling on that date. Should of called a day or more in advance.

One small light out by the bed. No big deal. We were glad that there were barriers to keep a cat from getting under the bed. At the Motel 6 in Ashland the cat got under the bed and if it didn't come out on it's own we would have had to take the bed apart.
