
The staff at the front desk should be trained in customer service. I requested a certain room and was notified it wasn't available. They said they left me voice mail on my home phone the day of my arrival. Common sense would indicate that I was traveling on that date. Should of called a day or more in advance.

The heater worked and the hot water in the shower worked. To us that was our main concern as this had been a problem at a different Motel 6. So for that alone, I'd say we had a perfect stay. The king bed was very comfortable, too.
