
The staff at the front desk should be trained in customer service. I requested a certain room and was notified it wasn't available. They said they left me voice mail on my home phone the day of my arrival. Common sense would indicate that I was traveling on that date. Should of called a day or more in advance.

The price for this room is unbelievable. Everything is in working order. While it could use a good scrub, the room was still great. They were no bugs or even evidence of bugs. I checked the bed, sheets, mattress etc. it is no Marriott, but that’s not what I payed for. I would stay here often.
