Both the office staff and housekeeping were accommodating and friendly. Our request for next door rooms was fulfilled and made it easy for me to travel with my elderly father and for him when he couldn't figure out how to use the card key. We appreciated the ground floor rooms, too, since he has mobility issues. The location worked out well for us as well. Thanks!

The front ladies were so nice and accommodating our needs. The property was safe and more lights that we feel safe to walk around the property at night. We will definitely book here again when we are in San Diego.
