We froze our butt off the first night. The room dod not have a working heater. They were very helpful in getting us a new room the next day. Make sure all room have ac or heat before renting it out

A light was out and the cover to that light was cracked. Otherwise it all was working fine. It felt freshly painted and clean. The headboard was very uncomfortable to lean against while trying to watch the tv.
