I usually don’t put reviews on places only if the service was terrible but I can say that the customer service here is awesome and the spunky, super helpful front desk clerk Christian is a diamond in the rough. The location isn’t bad but is rough around the edges but I’ve stayed in worse places. The rooms are what you expect for a 6 motel which I mean you don’t get a lot of amenities. The room we were put in was great but the people next to us were having fun and being loud, which usually I don’t mind but I have a 18 month old baby that was trying to sleep. I went to complain to the front desk, he was super understanding and apologized. Put us in a different room and even check on us later to make sure everything was okay. You don’t meet a lot of friendly, smiling, super bubbly front desk clerks at motels. Usually they are grumpy, rude and give attitude if you bother them with any concerns. I had one desk clerk tell me at a different motel that I will never stay at again, that if I didn’t like my room I should have stayed at the Four Seasons! So Christian was full of positive energy and great customer service. I definitely will come back and stay at this 6 motel !

I've been here at the motel 6 Northwest for over two weeks the employees are pleasant.. They go over and beyond what's expected of a motel employee...I love it here it's great make your reservation come on over!! A special shout out to Crystal she is an awesome awesome manager very helpful and really does care about her customers...
