Took our daughter to Sacramento to see sweet 16 womens basketball games. Got to the hotel at 400pm our room wasn't ready wh I checked was fine. They said 10min then it was 15 minutes ... we'll we just waited right over an hour. My husband went in to get keys and they told him it was a hundred dollar deposit. It would of been nice to know... and 10 dollars per dog per day.. mine is 16 years old and weights 5 pds..
I checked in late and asked to extend another day, I was able to do it with no issues at the front desk. I thought I got locked out of my room and went to the front desk and got it fixed right away. The desk staff were super friendly. My room was freshly remodeled and clean. It was overall a great stay and I’ll definitely be booking again when I need to!
