The first thing you need to understand is that you get what you pay for. What I paid for: a place to stay overnight between going to Moab, Arches, Canyonlands, etc, where I can take a shower, read twitter before bed, wake up, rinse and repeat. Pros: clean and comfy beds, hot shower, clean room, $60/night (April). Cons: dingy, cheap hotel. Was it worth $60 and 1 hr drive from Moab? Hell yeah! Prices in Moab started at $200+, so that was a no-brainer for me.

Room was in pretty decent shape. Just a few things to say. The sheet was not tucked in on the mattress and just laying on top of mattress. In the bathroom around the toilet needed cleaned more. You could see old poop stains on wall. Lastly the evening host was really sweet and helpful but the morning host was rude.
