Overall I'm pleased. It's two minutes away from the Texas Plumbing Board testing facility in Waco. The staff was 10/10 My only complaint is I think they could do better with attention to detail. I saw a small contractor crew working in a few vacant units. I think that is a plus. Because of the location and personality of the front desk lady that helped me. I leave this place 5 stars

This motel is great. I've stayed at many motel 6 in my life and this one here is by far the best. The lady at the front desk is by far the most helpful person I have really ever met. Great place to stay and I highly suggest you go to this one
