The staff was very professional, you could tell that they cared about the customer and the facility. Room was very clean (passed white socks test, lol) Improvement: I've stayed at many motels, and was really surprised that shampoo is not included in the room, have never stayed at a location that didnt include it. I was informed that this is a Motel 6 decision. Very disappointing.

The room is very clean. The staff response to my request are timely . The staff is polite and friendly. The pool area is always clean and the swimming pool is cleaned daily.
