I liked the privacy of the location; however it was difficult to find as it is behind several other businesses on a very busy street. I am an old lady and don't have GPS in my car. Yet, I know the area well.

The property definitely needs a communal microwave in the office area. See DUNES MOTEL in Palm Springs - they have 2 communal microwaves. Will discuss the property later on my social BlueSky: @lindskevitchbalik.bsky.social shukriya
