After finally getting the room we reserved 2 days ago, the studio6 room is decent. We originally had a reservation for December 28th. The front office called us at 10 am the morning of our reservation, which we made a week prior to check in saying they did not have a room available for us. We had to scramble at the last minute to get a room somewhere on a Saturday night. The front desk staff was not helpful at all since there was no management working, and they didn't even offer a discount after displacing us for not one but 2 nights. They should have given at least a 24-hour notice of the room not being available for us. The rooms are large, but the area is not great to stay in.
My family and I have been here since September. The moment we got here Natalie greeted us like we were family.. she made the check in experience quick and easy. Explained everything to us. Since we have been here she has been amazing. Anytime we need anything she always gets it done the same day. We never have to wait. I have been to other motels and hotels and the service and management has never been like it is here at motel 6 studios in Kissimmee, Natalie is one of a kind and she goes above and beyond. The staff that also works at night are great as well. Natalie I can't say enough about. Julisa and Miriam are awesome also. I wish I could do 10 stars!! Natalie rocks!!!
