Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Leo, the front desk manager, who exemplified the kind hospitality of South Texas. As a weary disabled veteran, I requested a quiet room, and Leo not only arranged that for me but also offered a military discount. His efforts to accommodate my needs during my work trip were truly commendable, as he ensured I was placed in a peaceful area. I appreciate Leo's kindness and look forward to returning in the future. I was greeted by Leo front desk Manager who welcomed me with good old South Texas hospitality. I asked for a quiet room for this tired disabled veteran. Not only did he get me a room but he gave me a Military discount. Leo was very accommodating since I was here for work. He went the extra mile getting me in a quiet location.
