I really want to thank Ronald for his awesome hospitality, I booked through a 3rd party and got here pretty late only to find the room type I booked was not available. He genuinely felt awful and did his best to accommodate me...I come here often and he is ALWAYS so kind and pleasant...my 5 star is because of him!
