The location was ideal for me for work and not far from restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the main reason I gave five stars was because of one particular staff member named Stephanie. She was absolutely amazing! She was not only professional but kind and very helpful all while having a smile on her face. Even when she was having a rough day she still smiled and gave excellent customer service. She made my stay here absolutely amazing.
we had a issue at the hotel and it was quickly resolved this hotel went above and beyond to help us during this time and it helped us tremendously this hotel really makes us feel welcomed and also very protected at the same time the lady Jolie is such a sweet heart and the owner was very helpful we will always chose this hotel ! it makes me feel at home ! thank you staff nando and amy !
