Unable to connect internet even though it showed it was available. I am a AARP member and on the AARP Website it states "Members save 10% off the best available rate and can request a late check out until 2 p.m. Pets always stay free. Terms apply." I asked for a late check out and the person checking me in refused my request even though I told her what was stated on the AARP website. I booked my stay through the AARP website.

The floors were very dirty, as if mopped with dirty water or not mopped at all. I couldn't see dirty floor, but bottom of my feet were black and sticky feeling. Other wise clean and comfortable.
