The fan was not working. No ac/heat I understand near the beach but fan not working?

I love the cleaning staff. They do such an amazing job in a timely manner!! They will do anything to improve your stay. One thing I do wish to be improved is better locations for outlets. Having one on each side of the bed for convenience. It seems we have issues in most of the rooms with plug locations (we stay here very often).
