Staff was gracious & allowed late check in (almost midnight). They then allowed an extra hour in the morning for checkout The elevator has a hitch that needs to be worked on. It goes up no problem from ground floor but can’t be summoned to a floor. You have to call desk to have them send it up. But they do warn you of this hitch beforehand so it’s not a surprise
