The key to my room did not work finally on the third try after going up and down the elevator, they did accommodate me with another room. The gentleman was very helpful. All the staff was very helpful and very friendly. The only thing I think that could be improved as if the prices would come down or you would give senior discounts

Improve: The platform supporting the mattress could be better. The bedside lighting and electrical outlets were non-functional.(on one side only) Enjoyed: The front staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. My stay was very pleasant, as were the staff. 5⭐️
