The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. When I had to shorten my stay after paying for a week in advance, I was grateful for the management's understanding. They went out of their way to refund me for the unused days, which was not required, and their flexibility and kindness truly made a significant impact on my experience.

The staff at the front desk were exceptionally welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. However, when I arrived in my room, the TV wasn't functioning properly. The front desk attendant promptly came to my room with a handful of remotes to resolve the issue, and she successfully fixed it.
