Our first assigned room had broken AC, then we were moved to a second room where we found a giant cockroach so we were moved to a third room. Also be aware that there are grackles residing at the parking area and your car will be full of bird poop if you park it under a tree. The only positive thing I can say is that the receptionist is very accommodating and will try to help you the best he can.
