It was a decent stay and met the expectation. The pros for me were that it was conveniently located (in my case) and a very easy check-in. No deposits or holds on credit cards or any such nonsense; just payment upfront and done. I appreciate that. Super easy check in and check out and has all the basics. Very friendly and accommodating staff upon check-in. The room itself was spacious and overall clean. No unpleasant surprises. The surrounding area is fine, but I would be weary of wandering around at night. My only drawback was the bed, while clean and large, it was an uncomfortable spring mattress. A good mattress topper would have helped. Save for the uncomfortable bed, I was happy with my stay and especially enjoyed the convenience and friendly staff. Thank you!
I had come in for medical procedures at UTSW after a very long drive. My room wasn't ready, but the young housekeeping lady quickly took care of everything so I could rest; she did a wonderful job. Motel was nice and quiet, allowing me to rest and the wakeup call was prompt and professional. When I return again for UTSW medical, I plan to stay here again.
