Always friendly staff, motel kept clean. My AC unit was extremely loud but I only stayed one night and couldn’t switch rooms for other reasons. In my reservation I had also asked for an extra blanket and towel for my elderly mother because she gets cold easy. But didn’t get them. Very minor things compared to the value and affordability. I travel with dogs and an elderly person. Motel 6 has helped me be able to keep traveling without spending a fortune on pet fees.
I liked the friendliness and openness of the check-in area. Personnel went out of their way to help me, i.e. coffee maker and vending machine. The room was clean and pleasant, utilizing the small space well. The only problem I had was being unable to turn the shower on. I pulled and pulled, to no avail. This could be attributed to the weakness of my own hand to pull it successfully, however.
