My bed didn't get made when the room was cleaned. The TV mount appeared to be broken and the top latch of my door was broken. Some small things like a towel ring, a garbage can in the room, a small coffee pot, toiletries, etc., could make the stay better. Also, why is there no do not disturb sign? But the staff was super nice and it's good value.

A few of the wall plugs did not work for me to charge my phone. Fix the plugs and it would not hurt to have a microwave and fridge in the handicap rooms. Even the handicaps need to heat there food and store it in a cool place. I dont understand why that has been omitted. Otherwise everything is great.
