On May 26 I unexpectedly overnighted in Van Horn, Texas. Having no reservation, I tried motel six first Was very tired from a long drive on a motorcycle. The motel six manager., Debbie, Couldn’t have been more kinder and professional. She made it happen for me and Motel 6 will be where I stay each and every time I come to Van Horn‼️ Kudos to you, Debbie‼️

Behind it is a rundown neighborhood, but the police are right next door. I stay here often. I keep coming back because I know, even though it is old, it will be clean and thoughtfully appointed. There will be coffee in the morning, and everyone is friendly and easy to work with. They have a nice little grass area for pets, too.
