Bottom line is this- great location-close to groceries and take outs, right by the freeway, amazing staff, really nice room and the cost did not break the bank. The room was amazing. They worked very hard to make it welcoming. It was a lovely stay, the kindness of the front desk manager who remembered me and made sure there was plenty of hot coffee available, she took the time to chat with me this was the nicest experience in a hotel in a long time and we travel a lot. The room smelled great, was super clean even in the corners. Everything worked, they had a clean ice machine, a vending snack and soda machine. It was also conveniently located right next to an H‑E‑B so we could get everything we needed, right off the freeway.
The only thing that I didn't like was the loudness of the other guests. The first floor is better and quieter.
