The water in the sink doesn’t come out smooth. The desk lamp has not been replaced. I usually stay in the same 3 rooms, 2209, 2211 and 2214. And the same items I list in my previous survey have not been addressed. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Just fixed the minor things that are left on the reviews.

Month after month we stay there for one night because we like that it is clean, but on this occasion since you entered it had a dirty smell and there was hair in the bathroom, let's hope its quality doesn't drop.
