Good location, close to everything and convenient, close to all public transportation options, etc. Obviously an older place, but very reasonably priced, comfortable bed and place to take a shower and relax, everything I needed for my weekend stay. Only bad thing was the people upstairs being noisy all hours of the night. I'm a deep sleeper though, so it was only a minor inconvenience. Very friendly and helpful staff and reception. I would stay here again next time I visit Dallas.

I only stay at this hotel when I am in town. The staff knows me by name, is always extremely friendly, and I have never had any issues when staying.
