I truly appreciated the friendly wait staff and the convenience of having vending machines in the lobby. The hotel rooms were also impressive, especially considering the affordable rates, which were less than half of what other hotels charge, with options for larger accommodations. Although it took some time for the staff to assist me at the front desk during check-in, the attendant eventually arrived and was very helpful, apologizing for the delay.
Diana at the front desk was friendly, polite, and extremely helpful during our brief visit, and we found the room to be clean with comfortable beds. However, the air conditioner was noisy and stopped cooling on our final night, which we reported in hopes that it would be addressed. Aside from that issue, we had a pleasant stay.
