customer service was great, they gave me extra towels and blankets and they were nice. only problem the room smelled like someone smoked in it and it didn’t go away, had to buy a spray to get rid of it. I was here for my brothers army graduation the location was a bit sketchy but i’m from FL so it wasn’t too bad. overall decent but if the room didn’t smell like smoke i’d give it a 5 stars
