Water from the stand in shower puddled under the sink, but not so as you had to stand in it to use the sink. The staff was extremely responsive when I phoned in about the hearing aids I left after we checked out, and the retrieved them while I was talking on the phone a few hours later. That simple act saved several thousand dollars to replace them. THANK YOU. (My son picked them up and mailed them back to me in Ohio, where I am wearing them as I fill out your survey.)
