I didn't have a remote for the TV nor a blanket on the bed. The heater did the best it could have done. The front desk clerk was polite and helpful..I appreciate it a room was available due to some unfortunate events and the time I needed it.

I was amazed at how pleasant and accommodating the staff was. I needed to have a fridge for my medicine, and my room didn't have one. When I requested for one, the front desk made sure that I had one brought to my room. I was so grateful.
