I called to let the front desk know we would be arriving late, after 11 pm. Our room was held for us. It was clean, had everything we needed, and felt secure. The guy at the front desk was very kind and helpful. There were only two things I noticed that could be improved on. There was space under the entry door to the room. Adding a seal would be helpful. The towels were acceptable, but not as absorbent as I prefer. These are just small changes. Everything else was excellent. Thank you!

Bathroom sink area needed more cleaning. Could smell smoke in room from hallway, The entire floor needs to be no smoking. Night staff was very helpful by spraying to eliminate smoke smell.
