This is my second time staying at this hotel and my experience was as great as the first time. I still love the fact they show you the room first before you check in. I really believe that all hotel chains should offer that. That way, you can see what you are paying for because pictures on a website can be deceiving. Even though my room didn't have a TV because it needed repairs, I still took the room because I really don't watch TV. Beverly and Fenesta were so kind to waive certain fees and taxes as a result and I really appreciated that! The size of my room was perfect, I had the right amenities and my room was super clean. Hotel is within close proximity from dinning and shopping, all within walking distance! Excellent staff, a great room and the best location=a very satisfied customer that will DEFINITELY book another stay in the future!
