We needed a pet-friendly last minute room for a night the weekend after Christmas and were lucky enough to find a room here. Fantastic location, the rooms were decently clean, but the service was outstanding. I was traveling with my elderly parents (and their dog) and we needed 2 rooms. Our rooms weren't ready at check in time (did I mention it was Christmas week and they were sold out?) but they found a room for us to rest in while they cleaned a handicapped accessible room for my parents. I really appreciated their flexibility and commitment to guest service.
I like that pets stay free. Staff were accommodating with my concerns about pets getting out. Staff were friendly and helpful on every interaction. Other guests were friendly as well. There was an unruly and very loud person near my building one night and staff defused the situation and sheriffs arrived as well. I felt they had everything under control. I could hear the interactions without leaving my room. I have no concerns or recommendations and will stay there again.
