My 50” TV wasn’t working and the guy came to our room and fixed it for us. He was kind. The pool looked clean. Coffee should be made available early in the morning… I had to find a McDonald’s. Our bathroom had a gross bath mat and a dust bunny of long hair on the floor (I wouldn’t shower).

Front desk staff welcoming and courteous. Reported pipe leaking water in bathroom wall that was LOUD and persistent. Didn’t want rooms damaged or water wasted, so hope leak can be isolated and repaired
