The employees especially the manager as well as one day time front desk worker are very understanding and actually seem to care. When you ask for something they will address the issue as promptly as possible so usually right away and they do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable and have empathy for what you may be dealing with. The walls in the bathroom are kind of thin so you do hear other rooms but they are working on it literally. The housekeeping women real clean sometimes you just need to ask them. An example of how they do a dress her issue is the weather in Chicago changes greatly day by day. There is no AC units in individual rooms however an example of how they do accommodate the issues to comfort you the best to their abilities is they will give you a fan as well as an extra fan if needed no questions asked. It is the most affordable motel that I have found in the surrounding cities by far. The only thing that I do think needs to be addressed more is the fact that those that do work absolutely need to replace any specific section of the motel due to the noise and the need to get sleep. But all in all I do think that this edgebrook motel is well worth its dollar it's easily accessible from the highway ⁰. There are plenty of places to get food and it is near a forest preserve that makes for great walks and a place to play if you do have kids. I'd like to say thanks to the staff for making my stay a lot better than I expected. If you're looking for something that is absolutely worth its dollar then I highly recommend the edgebrook motel you will not be disappointed but do remember that the price is what makes everything that much more worthwhile.
The Motel may be older and seem a bit worn down but the manager and the service crew make and let you know that you are important to them during your stay. A wonderful location to be able to walk to shopping etc and enjoy your stay in the community.
