I love the front desk they are both amazing and really do their best... its a good location especially for my needs when im visiting portland... I have stayed a couple times and will again. The only issue I have had is one room they put us in the hot water wasnt working but they switched us to another room and it was fine... their keys rarely work but they are waiting for some renovations and updates to happen... I always had a pleasant stay there despite any issues with the rooms as they are very nice and do their best to accommodate you in any way they can!
Yes it's a small spot to stay at BUT you can take the bus to explore the are! "Hop" is your best friend. The people behind the counter are So helpful! Try not to bug them after hours lie I did! They will help you but you feel like a BUTT doing sooo, they are great people
