Great affordable hotel, right near the affectionately named “Surf Ghetto” (that’s a good thing!) in San Clemente. It’s close to the train and transit and is along the coastal highway, making it ideal for those who plan to explore the Southern Orange County coastline and beyond. A cobblestone beach is a 10 minute walk away, and there’s a great gym (San Clemente Gym) across the road for those who want to stay in shape while in town. My room was super spacious, clean, and with zero signs of any bugs (I always check for that reasonably priced beach motels/hotels). Wifi worked, and the room had plenty of hangers, an ironing board, hair dryer, etc. The staff was friendly and the hotel seemed to attract a pretty good crowd of travelers. I will absolutely stay here again.
I was born w a knack for picking up energy. This guy is nice and it’s refreshing to have such a great experience and professionalism with ZERO/ no arrogance or entitlement from the the owner manager Love this place. All come here and ditch your booking @ other local places. Support good people and good small business all day ROOM WAS STERILE And CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN TOWELS. HUGE
