5 Stars I had a great experience at the Executive Inn in Mena, Arkansas. I’m a trucker and needed a room for the night, and the gentleman at the front desk was super nice, friendly, and helpful. I didn’t catch his name, but he was very respectful and knowledgeable about the area and made me feel welcome. It’s always appreciated when you’re traveling for work and someone takes the time to treat you right. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to other truckers or anyone needing a comfortable place to stay in Mena. Also super clean rooms! They take pride in making you feel at home when you're away from home.
Great customer service at the front desk. Brought my dog and it was away from the road enough where it was great for her and enough space in the room for her to get zoomies out without bumping into anything. Asked for extra towels and they were brought within 5-10 mins. Only complaint I have is there was a razor shaving cap in my shower drain which kinda icked me out but not a deal breaker definitely will come back next time I travel.
