We are so grateful to have been hosted here for a night. We got in super late, after 2am, with dogs and a cat. They had an after hours number to call, and the gentleman helped us out without any hesitation after answering on the 2nd ring! This morning I had some cereal and juice, and they let us do a late checkout so we could rest easy. The parking was well lit, and there are cameras everywhere that made us feel much safer than what Google and many other reviews said. Traveling with a U-Haul and truck full of stuff was a concern, but we were so relieved when we saw all the fencing around the parking lot. Couldn't be a nicer family running it, and their English is not nearly as bad as other complaints. They have the lobby decorated so beautifully, I am so grateful we took a chance on them🙏 Thank you so much!
I've never stayed here before, and I don't know why. It's very clean and well-maintained, the room was well-equipped, and it even smelled nice, not a thing I can say about many places. And we received a very hospitable welcome, too! This will be my first choice next time through. Gallup has plenty of hotels to choose from and I've been happy at most, but this is the best so far. And to think I've been missing out all these years!
